Malaika Arora’s Friday Fitness Tip is stretch whenever you can, even on flights

Malaika Arora never misses the chance to up her fitness game. She shared a video on social media, in which she can be seen stretching on a flight.

Malaika Arora is known for her fit body and yoga. She often shares the benefits of yoga poses and motivates her fans and followers to take up Yoga. On Friday, the actress shared a video, wherein she can be seen stretching in a flight while travelling.

MALAIKA ARORA STRETCHES IN A FLIGHT

Fitness enthusiast Malaika Arora leaves no stone unturned when it comes to looking after her health and body. She is often seen doing yoga and sharing significant tips on social media. The actress took her love for fitness to another level as she shared a video of herself stretching in a flight while travelling.

Malaika also suggested her fans and followers to stretch whenever they get time, even if it is while travelling. “Stretch when you wakeup, stretch when you get a 5 mins break from work, stretch while traveling. Stretch whenever you get a chance but #StartTohKaro . . . #sarvayoga #stretching #flightstretches #stretchingexercises #yogaeverydamnday @sarvesh_shashi @sarvayogastudios (sic),” she wrote alongside the video.

MALAIKA ARORA’S FANS AND FOLLOWERS REACT TO HER POST

While many showered love upon the actress, others suggested that stretching out won’t be possible if they’re travelling in economy class. “Economy me travel karne walo ka bhi socho (Think about those who travel in economy class) (sic),” wrote one Instagram user. “Only possible in business class (sic),” commented other.

MALAIKA ARORA SHARED HER LUNCH MENU

Last week, Malaika Arora shared what she had for lunch. It was not her regular home-cooked meal, but more like a cheat meal. She picked the perfect dish, a vada pao to spice up her day. The actress also encouraged her fans to eat local. “Happiness on a plate. Vada pao. #eatlocal (sic),” Malaika Arora captioned the post.

Malaika Arora last appeared as a judge on India’s Best Dancer. She became the judge of the reality show in the absence of Shilpa Shetty. The actress also made a special appearance in The Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives, which is currently streaming on Netflix.
