For the best experience, it is advised to make your own pepper powder right before you start cooking, doing this simple step will ensure your dish has the freshest and strongest flavours. Marinate the prawn for 15 mins and lightly sauté it. Remove from the pan, in the same pan add chopped onions, curry leaves, some dry masalas, and then add the prawn, finish with pepper powder and serve hot.
