News Read Terms and Conditions for News Reporters Article 1: Introduction 1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between News Read ("We", "Us", or "Our") and the News Reporter ("You" or "Your") for the purpose of reporting news for the News Read app. 2. By agreeing to these Terms, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and have the necessary permissions to participate. Article 2: Responsibilities 1. As a News Reporter, You will be responsible for: - Reporting news from Your designated Mandal. - Providing accurate, unbiased, and timely news updates. - Following News Read's editorial guidelines and policies. - Maintaining confidentiality and respecting sources. 2. You agree to work independently and make Your own decisions regarding news stories. Article 3: Content Submission 1. You grant News Read exclusive rights to publish, distribute, and reproduce Your news content. 2. You warrant that Your submitted content is original, accurate, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. 3. News Read reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject any content submitted by You. Article 4: Compensation 1. News Read will compensate You for Your reporting services. 2. Compensation details will be discussed separately and included in a separate agreement. Article 5: Confidentiality 1. You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding News Read's internal affairs, editorial policies, and sources. 2. You will not disclose any confidential information to third parties. Article 6: Termination 1. News Read reserves the right to terminate Your agreement at any time, with or without cause. 2. Upon termination, You will return all News Read property, including equipment and documents. Article 7: Governing Law 1. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Article 8: Amendments 1. News Read reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the News Read website or app. Article 9: Acceptance 1. By signing below, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. 2. Your signature indicates Your acceptance of these Terms and Your commitment to reporting for News Read.
